Anonymous page counting
We count successful page requests by hour and page path so we can see which parts of the site are being used. This count is always on. At the edge, we inspect the user agent and Cloudflare bot signals when available to estimate traffic type and broad bot purpose. We store only aggregate counts with coarse labels such as likely human, automated, or unclassified—not the user agent or raw bot signals. For our registered public campaign links, we also count arrivals by campaign identifier and traffic type. Arbitrary campaign values and full URLs are not retained. These counters set no cookie and store no visitor or request identifier, IP address, referrer, country, or device data. They cannot connect one request to another or attribute a later enquiry.
Optional website analytics
We ask before recording page visits, clicks, article engagement, and contact-form starts or errors as a session. If you allow analytics, we collect the page path, referring website, campaign tags, device category, and country. Analytics events do not contain your email address or the contents of form fields.
Sessions and your choice
Your analytics choice is saved in this browser. When analytics is allowed, a random identifier in session storage connects activity in the same tab. After 30 minutes without a tracked page event or form interaction, the next activity starts a new session. Active visits can last longer than 30 minutes. It does not identify you across devices. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer; declining stops future optional collection.
Contact enquiries
When you submit an enquiry, we store the information you provide so our team can respond. A separate analytics record counts the saved enquiry without copying its contents. With your analytics permission, that record can be associated with the campaign and visit that led to it. Without permission, it is counted without a session or campaign association.
Storage and access
Website analytics is hosted in our Cloudflare account. Raw optional analytics events are retained for up to 90 days. Anonymous hourly page counts and Search Console aggregate reports are retained for up to 16 months. Analytics reports are private to our team. This page describes website measurement; it does not change the terms governing customer workspace data.
